I would recommend any grad student or individual who wants to have a career in investment banking or merger related business activities to read this book. The content is very detailed and the mathematics and case studies/example problems provide a very thorough deeper understanding of the material. The author is obviously very well educated in this area. I highly recommend from a finance grad student.

I ordered the hardcover for over $100 and I get a soft cover with size 4 font. Barely legible. Impossibly small text. This has to be an unauthorized reprint

Good content, terrible presentation
Why did this book come in size 4 font? I ordered it in hardcover format and paid more for that version- disappointed to receive this small softcover book. Not sure if this is Amazon specific but would look elsewhere for this textbook.

The letter size of this book is a joke. Not worth buying the printed edition. A shame of the editor
The text book is fantastic. It is a shame the editor printed it with such a small letter for the sake of saving in re-editing to fit the text in the size of the page. A complete shame of the editor. Buy the electronic version. This printed book is a joke
