The first Chromebook would not work due to a faulty power cord. They sent me a replacement, that arrived in 3 days. Due to their great customer service I'm very satisfied. I give them 5 stars now! I would purchase from them again.

I bought this renewed Lenovo Chromebook for $60.31, and I love it! It has saved my hide so many times while I'm taking classes especially. My laptop before this was a very expensive custom gaming laptop that was a hand-me-down from my brother, but it was getting on in years (like 14 years old?) and had various issues (from the trackpad to the keyboard, the charging port, the headphone and microphone jacks, etc.... the list goes on). It was a disaster. Enter this little Chromebook! It's come in handy over and over again, and it just... works! It's intuitive, it's portable, it's functional, and it was so inexpensive! On my extremely limited income, it blew my mind that I was able to get something so nice. I've been using it to do my college coursework, create docs and spreadsheets, play music over bluetooth, send email, browse through far too many tabs in Chrome to research papers, sync with my Google Pixel 7 to send and receive text messages from my computer, etc. -- often all at the same time, and it hasn't stuttered for a second. Excellent value for the money!

I bought two of these for family members. One of them had a small 1cm scratch on the screen and the other arrived with no charging cable, although the DC power supply was in the box. I booted up the first machine, logged in to a Google account and went through the setup process. Once at the Chrome OS desktop, I was greeted with a notification that support had expired for the machine and automatic updates were no longer available. This means only long-term update support is available. Android apps no longer work and several other features are disabled. This should have been put in a disclaimer in the item description. A Chromebook without automatic updates is about as bare bones as it gets. If I had known this up front, I wouldn't have purchased these devices.

Have been using this Lenovo Chromebook for about a week now issues. My only concern is the pist said the manufacturing date was 2024 which means I should get updates from Google for 10 years past that date. The playstore says my updates have already ended. Now it let's me download new apps and such but the playstore itself wont ve updated any more. My last Chromebook had be replaced because it was over 10 years old and at that point I was unable to download or update anything. But aside from that in the current it has hood battery health,performance and I love I can hook this one up to my wifi printer n I couldn't my other one

These refurbished laptops are a great bargain.

Outdated hardware, software that comes with it refuses to update, and thus becomes incompatible with Amazon Prime video, netflix, etc due to outdated browsers. I also had issues with my bank, and even youtube in some cases. Possible to overcome this by installing linux on it rather than ChromeOS that is designed to stop updating after so many years forcing you to buy a new one.
