I honestly can't say, at least from my experience to your experience. The silicone underneath the keyboard feels a bit more dense than the Apple keyboard, so I'm going to lean on probably not as good as the Apple keyboard. But for me, I'm not really complaining, I haven't noticed it being a problem for me. I just needed a cheaper solution than Apple. I will say that once in a while, during the heavy heat, the silicone might interfere, a bit. Maybe someone else can answer better than I can.
