It does not need to be delivered temprature controlled. The culture will only die if exposed consistently to tempratures over 40C, and that doesn't happen duing delivery, especially since the carboard box is a good insulator and keeps inside at least 10C cooler than the outside temp.

How fresh is your product by the time the customer receives it? How long can it be stored once opened?

1st time I ordered, I got a batch which was 2 days old. Loved the taste and gave a good review. After 10 days I ordered another 2 bottles and was surprised to see it was of the same previous batch... I smelled so bad, I had to throw it away.
