These are great insoles, the first few wears i didnt like them but after following the steps to put in the oven they conformed to my feet. No foot, knee, or back pain. Its your money to do as you choose but i recommend spending it this quality insole.

I had worn "custom" plastic insoles for high arches for decades. These were recommended to me and from the time is put them in they were amazing. They feel fantastic and I can not walk without pain! I'm so happy I they were recommended and will continue to use them!

These worked perfectly. They fit comfortably. They don't slide out of place or force my feet too far up out of my shoes. My feet already have far less pain after only a few days of use.

Been using Sole for years, but my local shop stopped carrying my style. I tried a different thickness but it was too much. I tried a different brand that was supposed to be comparable, but it was more flexible and didn't do the trick. Looking online I thought I found my regular, only to discover it was the wrong size. My style and size just seems to not exist right now... so I gave these a try. Super comfy! They are giving the right support and have slowly eliminated all the pain I was in when I didn't have tye right ones in my shoes. (I stand a lot for work so it's been rough.) These give support without being super hard - I was nervous about the materials not being sturdy enough, but they are with just enough give to cushion at the same time.

I am very disappointed with this insole product. I have used the plastic met pad of the same brand for a year already, and I just wanted a second pair. I thought since they are made of recycle material I would be doing something good by buying this ones. Big mistake, do listen to the other one start reviews it is all true. I read them and thought oh it might be a good product for me, but no. This design does have problems, and all in because of the material. It doesn’t keep a rigid shape to support the weight. I do not have a good arch this is why my chiropractor recommended this, and also my physical therapist. I bought the plastic one love those, but this recycled wine corks should have been recycled for something else. Since the body gets so warm this insoles do get more malleable, it causes the arch to collapse. If you are buying this for feet alignment and support, buy the plastic ones. I would return them if it wasn’t Because I have had them for a while, and I don’t know if you can get your money back after one month and half of use. Going back to my plastic ones, but I am very very disappointed.

I have been wearing Soles for years. I'm currently wearing these as I write. I purchase these as soon as the original comfort from my shoes fades and it instantly feels like they are new again. 10/10 would recommend.

Been using these for at least 10 years. I have 3 pair of hiking footwear and several pair of sneaks. These are in all of them as replacements for the insoles that came with each pair. The metatarsal bump really sits exactly where it should be and provides excellent support for the metatarsal. These are not soft. They are made of cork and mold to your feet over time, or if you are in a hurry, you can put them into the oven at 200 degrees and accelerate the molding process. If you hike, you should have these in your shoes. Period.

They are good inserts but the metatarsal support is just a small spot which is does not help Morton’s Neuroma pain as inserts with a wider metatarsal support. Otherwise they felt like a really good insert with excellent arch and heel support.

I got this as a recommendation and it works so good! No more pain with my toes

A bit pricey, but surprisingly comfortable compared to the dozens I’ve bought before. It already feels great, and I expect it will be even better once it fully conforms to the shape of my feet with more use.

I've used it for only one day and cracks had already appear on several part of the sole. Super uncomfortable, it's hard, the metatarsal support was like a rock under my feet and I always felt it directly under the place where it hurts tho the size was perfect for my feet.
