Excellent Product - Excellent Customer Support
I purchased 2 - 5 gallon bags & 3 - 1 gallon bags for use in our trailer when we go camping. We go dry camping quite often and the extra water comes in handy for kitchen use, cooking, coffee-making, etc. In a pinch the water from these containers could be added to the RV water tank. For these containers, I run the water through a filter, similar to a Zero Water filter, which is great for coffee or ice-making (I have a small ice machine) which greatly reduces any scaling issues from the minerals that are in regular tap water. I keep the bigger 5 gallon jugs in the storage bay while we're on the move, then put them on the truck tail gate when we arrive at our camp site. The smaller 1 gallon bags are small enough to use in the kitchen and handy enough to pour from, not unlike a 1 gallon milk container, only more efficient space-wise. As the smaller 1 gallon ones are emptied, we refill them from the 5 gallon jugs, which have a gravity drain spout. When any of the containers are empty, they fold up nice and flat until they're ready for use again. The only issue I've had with these was with one of the smaller 1 gallon "bags". It was about 3/4 full when it fell from the top of a cooler (maybe 2') and the bottom of the bag must've hit perfectly on a rock, because it broke open at the bottom. Bummer. Anyway - before when we got back home (the picture shows the jugs after we've used them for about 2 weeks plus) I reached out to the vendor (via text) and explained what had occurred. The response came back within an hour or so and they immediately offered to replace the water bag. In fact, they sent me an extra bag, as they apparently come in packs of 2. So kudos for a very useful product and excellent customer support.

Great option for water storage
Purchased this set to take on a camping trip where no water was available. The cubes held up well, but they are not sturdy enough to stack. But they do collapse to be very small when empty and that is great for storage. The smaller bags were used as ice packs in the cooler. They lasted for 4 days in our cooler during 80+ days. These also collapse to be very small for storage. This set is a great alternative to the rigid water coolers we previously had.

Large Box leakes
The large box leaked a lot. One of the others didn't have a cap, but my friend has these and they're great when they work properly. We fill them with water, freeze them for the cooler, and then have cool water to drink after a good hike or day on the lake.

Definitely worth the purchase
I bought 3 of these containers. Different sizes and love them all. I’ve been using them consistently camping for the last two months and they have come through 100% The customer service is also top notch. The only thing I would like is the cap being attached to the 1 gallon jugs. They don’t leak or break and are super easy to carry

Pretty good
The cube: Got this one and a different brand. Both were good but liked this more because of the following: Large opening for easier filling. A plastic band makes unfolding easier. Fast flowing spigot. Filled it up few times so far and it is holding up pretty good. Saves quite a lot in buying bottled water. Only thing to keep in mind is the spigot seems to be removable, I imagine for cleaning. It was pushed out one of the times after filling it, all I had to do was push back in place. The bag: i liked this more cause it seems durable and takes a lot less space when empty (a lot easier to fold).

The smaller size is very handy
I Ordered these for a two week rv camping trip on the Texas Coast with limited access to hookups. Received two 1 gallon and 1 larger. The larger container collapses for easy storage when not in use, and helped extend our water supply, however it’s a kind of heavy and awkward to fill and carry. The 1 gallon containers came in very handy for several uses. We could easily carry them into nearby bathroom and fill them in sink. We also froze water in our freezer during the day when we had plenty of solar power at the beach, then placed them in the refrigerator at night to help keep things cold and reduce power drain from our rv batteries.

Great... But....
I've used these for water and home made juices. I really like being able to reuse them and not creating more trash for landfills. However, DON'T LOSE THE CAPS! The maker should sell cap replacements for people who are good at forgetting and losing things. They essentially become unusable when you lose the caps. I really liked having the larger container options, however, do not use anything other than water in the large containers, because it's difficult to clean and mold will grow easily in the container. I haven't been able to use one of the containers because I've been unable to get rid of the mold and I have a mold allergy. Years later and I still use these. I handwash them and dry them before folding them and putting them in storage for future use.
