GLUTEN FREE! High protein
Pure buckwheat, no fillers, no gluten , because buckwheat is naturally gluten-free. I boil water in the microwave, add the noodles, then heat for 5 more minutes. Rinse, add flavoring, enjoy!

My staple for replacing wheat pasta with nutritional benefits.
My go to staple when I want to have some pasta with some pesto that doesn’t contain wheat. It won’t cause inflammation. I also like the fact that it’s nutritious and that it’s a seed not a grain.

Not Buckwheat.
This is NOT real Buckwheat or at least NOT pure Buckwheat. Real Buckwheat cooks in 4 - 5 minutes from experience (I have Japanese and Korean made real Buckwheat). Real Buckwheat does not change color after cooking to look like pasta (wheat). Made in China !#%@! After cooking the color changed to a very light shade. In other words it did not keep it's true color. Must be food coloring. No wonder someone commented that their blood sugar spiked after consuming this product. I wanted to return it but no return option. Not worth the time or money. Stay away from Made in China foods.
