Can you wear this bra the whole day or you have to put it on every time ? I have very limited time for pumping

No this bra is great because you can wear whatever bra you’d like during the day, then simply pull it down to your stomach and toss this one on to pump. No other bra works better to hold the flanges nice and tight to your skin and it’s very adjustable.

Does this bra work with the spectra S2 pump

I find the Spectra funnels are a little bit harder to get into the bra than the Medela funnels because of the shape, but it's still manageable

Will this work for the Ameda Purely Yours double pump?

I have the Ameda double pump, I also have a hospital grade pump I bought on ebay and another one I rented from the hospital that I am returning tomorrow. It works great with all pumps as it is really only based on the flanges.

Is it pretty easy to keep from accidentally dripping on it? Which color looks least gross in-between washing?

I would order the black - that's what I have and the milk I have splashed on it doesn't show. Yes- easy to keep milk off of if you unzip the bra to take off the pump parts. If you try to take the pump flange off through the bra you will have spillage onto the bra.
