Auto-Start Wrist Power Gyro Ball with LED Lights, Wrist Strengthener and Forearm Exerciser for Stronger Arm Fingers and Muscle

This gyro ball is very easy to start, which I love. It’s the perfect way to finish off an upper body workout—just a minute or so of spinning gives my forearms a great final burn. The LED lights make it fun to use, too. ​One thing to note: It can get quite noisy as the speed increases. It's not a silent device, but if you don't mind the sound, it's a fantastic tool for a quick muscle pump at the end of your routine!

I bought one of these for myself and it works fine. I ordered one for my sister and it does not work at all. Im hoping they will send a replacement as I really enjoy mine.

This is an excellent product. I bought two of them and so far I’ve had no issues. It took a day to develop the sensitivity needed to keep the unit rotating. Once spinning it only takes a little bit more effort to really get it spinning and it becomes one tough cookie to hold on to. Keep in mind this is NOT a perpetual motion machine. If you stop spinning the gyroscopic ball with your finger/wrist/arms it will slow down and stop fairly quickly. It is tricky to get the feel of it however in time you will be doing circle variations, counter circles, figure 8’s, and finger tip rotations. If you hold it with the internal ball upwards it will slow down a lot faster so KEEP THE BALL OPENING DOWN. A common complaint in reviews is that the wind up gyro starter doesn’t work or breaks. Both of mine have worked just fine. I am assuming that most of the people who have had issues with the wind up starter A.) did not read the instruction paper, B.) failed to hold the ball in place when winding it up, and/or C.) excessively over rotated the starter beyond it’s stopping point. I expect a little common sense would go a long way in resolving these issues. I am very happy with the purchase and have convinced several other people to buy one. The unit has a quality build and I highly recommend it.

Works as advertised. Took a few tries to get the timing right but am able to use it and adjust the intensity of workout based on my needs.

Recommended by a pitching coach for my 10 year old. Seems to be definitely strengthening him. Easy to use. Good quality.

I was playing with it while witching shows in bed this morning.. I had to youtube a video to actually see & here what it does & how it looks when you operate it properly. I just let my mom and brothers try it & they couldn't get it to actually "humm" the way I did.. the spin would die out after 15 seconds or so for them & put out zero force.. you just gotta figure it out, it's going to be a muscle memory kind of dealio. That being said.. I use buckets of rice, dumbbells, a weighted staff, bullring, pull up bars & stall bars with ball hanging attachments.. I love spinach, forearm exercises & Popeye the sailor.. This thing is legit. It had my muscles too stiff to use it just trying to demonstrate to my family HOW to use it. Once you get the actual gyro going, this thing tenses you up, hitting spots on my wrist that only the rice bucket hits (my personal fav). This thing is fun, totally good for trying to make yourself feel better for being lazy or getting that extra destruction after a solid workout. Feels like a science toy, I would suggest this just look up a video & give it more than one try.

As far as I can tell, it's broken. I can't get it to work, straight out of the box. It doesn't "wind" in the way that it should, and when it does, it doesn't hold the rotation. I'll probably return it.

This is a great tool to use to keep up wrist and forearm exercises. Easy to start and maintain. The build quality if fantastic and should last for years. Highly recommended and even has a storage case.

Great tool for exercising the tendons connected with tennis elbow. The faster you rotate the wrist the more you resistance you get and better the exercise. ( Just need to jump start it once before every session using your thumbs, the instructions are given in the box and are very easy to understand) As a tennis and badminton player myself I will recommend this to everyone who plays these sports regularly. Fantastic product!

Effective and does what it says. Great value at low price. The LED lights make it slightly childish but its alright.

Works great! I like the added lights, makes it more fun to use. Got it on sale for $23.99 compared to the other models that sell at $34+. I'd recommend it! Gives my hand (wrist, fingers) a great workout! Easy to use too!
