Product was delivered on time, as advertised it indeed is an API aquarium salt. Very very good price considering the a 16 oz box of this in my local fish store costs $10.

Not in a box
Unhappy with the packaging. The ad shows a box of salt, but it came in a bag. Once I open it I’ll have to figure out how to store it now. Also how do I even know that what I received was API salt and not something else?

Product is fine but shipping method is terrible
I use this product all the time and it’s a great product but in shipping both containers were smashed and damaged. Not in a box, shipped in priority mail plastic bag which was smashed and both containers inside were split and salt was all over the bag and and couldn’t pull containers out without leaking rest into bag. Had to transfer all I could salvage into my own container. Horrible shipping experience.

better Shipping packing is to be desired.item arrived with container broken open.I was able to recover all of the salt and it is still useable but package broke due to poor packing.
