Ordered this electric blanket along with a comforter and the only reason I returned it, was because it was too warm with the comforter on the bed. It was very soft and got warm quickly I would purchase it if I was living in a cooler climate.

Softness was wonderful but control had no directions for use and had to be left to owners imagination

this blanket is like heaven, high quality very soft and my feet are toasty warm, my only regret is i didn’t get it sooner

The blanket barely gets warm. I’ve used a heated blanket for the past three years and I know what normal operation feels like.

Directions are not clear. Used it for two seasons. It worked well until the control went out on the left side.

We are happy with the blanket with the exception that is slides to one side. We found this problem with other blankets so I think it’s something we have to live with. That being said, one controller started flashing “E”. I couldn’t find our receipt or the owner’s manual so I called the number on the bottom of one of the controllers. Response time was very reasonable and I can not say how wonderful and patient the customer service rep was. She was outstanding. We tried troubleshooting and that didn’t work so they are sending a complete blanket with controls. I can’t be happier. I highly recommend any MP2 product just for the customer support alone. Lastly, the rep thinks the problem we had was the blanket controls were plugged into a power strip/surge protector. That lowers the voltage getting to the blanket which probably burned up some components. I recommend reading the instructions and plugging any electric blanket directly into the electrical outlet.

I liked color, softness and blanket worked fine until the 4 year mark. It was only used 3 months out of the year at our winter home and should have lasted longer.
