good quality product for dual gate opener, clear instructions for installation and plenty of videos to help with installation if required. Gate openers opperate smoothly on open and close and fairly quiet in operation,bit fiddly adjusting gates to close in line but easy enough to do. Fitted the Topens gate lock with the openers, bit pricey for the lock but worth it as keeps the gates in line but needs to have a stopper at the bottom of gates, they don,t supply the stopper, just cut down a piece of flat steel plate and inserted into ground

1. Though the product is super value, don't be fooled by the price. Excellent quality, sturdy and looks very durable (AT06 model). Operating two large 2m heavy gates. Not a bother. Many options and settings. 2. If your gates are level and aligned, installation is relatively straight forward. Main point, as with any gates, needs and strong mouting pillar. 3. Instructions are the best I have seen for anything. Highly detailed with various installation and operating senarios. All written is proper English and easy to follow. 4. Customer support. They respond with 12 hours with solutions and help. eg Adding electronic. 5. 7 months after purchase. The control board failed. I contacted Customer Support at Topens, after a couple minor questions, they shipped a replacement Control Board free of charge by Fedex!! Then followed. Painless, took 2 days from first contact to shipping replacement board. If you are looking for an Automatic Gate opener with a reliable company that answers email and calls plus a sturdy product. You can't go wrong. Dealing with Topens was like dealing with an Amazon direct product. Painless.

I bought the kit ahead of my builders installing posts and gates, which was then delayed by 2 months. When I got to install the kit, the 30 days Amazon return window had closed, and unfortunately one of the arms had an issue where the gate would either be fully open, or closed, and then stop responding. I contacted Topens support and received excellent responses from them - clear instructions on troubleshooting, and timely responses to my replies to them. Once it was agreed that the arm was a faulty, a replacement was sent immediately. The features are sensible - gate speeds, stall force settings, arm travel, master / slave arm, auto closure time, etc. and with the use a a seven segment display, setting them on the controller were very easy. The installation video available is well worth watching before installing, as it familiarises you with the product and process, ahead of doing it. The only negative is the video recommends twiddling the extension cable to arm wires together, and then wrapping them in tape, however soldering them is ideal, but at the very least use a screw down connection block and an IP62 or better connector box.

Good products, works well. Only observation is when it is abnormally windy e.g. storm, sometimes the alignments of gate goes off as the wind is too strong for mechanism. This hasn't caused major issues as of yet though

I was slightly dubious at first before buying these about the quality of them, but after receiving and fitting them am very happy with what I have for the money. I went with the medium duty gate openers and they are more than powerful enough for my needs, I could have easily got away with light duty but have always gone with over engineering things I build! The instruction manual is very well written and covers all scenarios regarding push or pull opening of the gates. The control box is fully customisable and again the methods of doing so are well explained in the manual. You can change settings controlling gate priority, opening delay, opening speed, automatic close time, etc. What I especially like is that the control board allows a simple open/closed switched input, meaning a whole host of accessories and controls can be added and used to open the gates. I personally already have smart relay switches and some home automation so was easily able to run a wire and add it to my smart relay control system. Smart functionality can also be achieve with topens own accessories too. Overall I’m happy with the build quality of the units, and hopefully if there are any problems over the coming years, the customer service will step in and help solve them.

Purchased this TOPENS AT602 to replace a cheap set that were not strong enough to open our new gates. Installation and setup was really easy and the manuals supplied were easy to follow. 6 months in and had a problem with 1 arm, after a few emails with customer service, which was painless, quick and easy, they asked me to try a few things. Turned out to be a broken sensor which they shipped out the following day with easy to follow instructions on how to replace it. Gates back up and working within a few days of reporting the fault. Communication and service from them is great. I would recommend this company to anybody, and have. Great service from Nancy in the customer service department.

Great gate openers. I have two sets of very large gates with these on both sets and they have been amazing.easy to install and Really well made and there’s lots of additional features you can add if required. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Would definately recommend

Out of the box there are a lot of components to consider, all look well constructed and very well packaged. This opener works in a number of situations so it is important to make sure you follow the instructions specific to your requirements (ours was push to open). Installation is very straightforward, we were timber doors on timber framing (as opposed to posts and gates) but the translation from the given instructions to the specifics of the installation was extremely straight forward and we used our own M10 coach screw fixings as the through bolts provided were not suitable. Wiring was very straightforward, either by the written instructions or the accompanying wiring diagram. Set up of the electronic functions is straightforward if you follow the instructions to the letter for the equipment and extras you may have purchased. We had a slight glitch with the final closing positions of the doors requiring us to liaise with Joyce in customer services. Considering this was a remote service, you couldn't ask for a more helpful and prompt service, with quick reviews of photos and videos with the final adjustments to the positions and timings of various movements taking no more than 1/2 an hour now works to perfection and unbelievably quiet and smooth in operation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
