im curious how this performs when trying to walk with it? I tried making my own pouch/belt & walking footage is bad. not sure of this.

It's decent when you have good walking technique. If you have a 3 axis gimbal, you're pretty much fine. Without a stabilizer, it would be pretty bad in my opinion. I use a gimbal (Weeble S) with a monopod extension, and use this belt as a resting point when still. It's awesome for that. Also it makes small crane movements quite smooth.

What is the best monopod for this?

It works well with the DJI Ronin RS 2. The extended grip/tripod of the gimbal fits nicely into the belt when the tripod is folded. It's not great for walking while shooting, but helps to stabilize standing shots / take the weight off while moving from place to place.

does it works with the weebil s?

The ID of the receiving tube is 1.5 inches so if the bottom handle (or legs folded) of your device is smaller than that it will work. It is very nice to have this and take the stress off your arms
