Works on safety goggles.
My UV laser-cutting enclosure has a protective vinyl window of nearly the same color orange. I'm making a new enclosure for another UV laser and hoped this film would work as a viewing window. I just tested it with some UV resin glue, which cures when struck by UV light. It hardens in just a couple seconds. This orange vinyl film prevents the cure minutes on end, so I have no doubt it blocks the near-400nm, bluish UV laser to a great degree. I like to watch the cutting process but that requires you wear the safety goggles they provide. These generic goggles are almost black, to block virtually every laser wavelength, not just your near-400nm diode laser, and it's really hard to see what's happening. So, I have clear safety glasses and put this tint inside the lenses. It give a orange tint to everything but the view is perfectly clear... It feels really good. I can watch and see clearly. Reflected, unfocused laser-light is not very powerful but it's best to use all the protection you can... This was my first time applying tint to anything and, after some study, this film was easy to apply.. The blade and squeegee came in handy..

Good not great.
No instructions and the tint was packaged nicely and had a cheap squeegee but the Razer was on the cheap side because it is both free I guess lol. I installed these via dry method and heat. It worked pretty well but scratches easily. Just use the backing as a cover to squeegee. I had vivid prior and it cooked in the Texas heat in less than a year. Lets see how long these last.

Dimmed E-bike Screen
I purchased this tint for my e-bike headlight and screen. We hunt, and use the bike to get to our further spots, and usually that means either driving out or back in when it is dark out. The backlight of the screen was like a spotlight in your eyes while trying to drive, and the headlight was WAY too bright for our liking, but we didn't want to get rid of it completely. I ended up using two layers of this tint over the screen of the ebike, and it worked wonders. The tools that come with this kit are exactly what you need for basically any application. You can see through the tint easily, while still getting a noticeable tint. It went on easily. I was able to cut it without any issue. The headlight of the bike gets a little warm, and it has held up well under both the heat of the light and the cold of Michigan winters. With so much left, I am finding that there are a lot of other items I could use this tint for.

Too sticky, too fragile, responds poorly to heat gun
The glue is too aggressive and the film too thin and prone to tear. Using professional vinyl wrap tools, I was unable to apply the film to a lightly curved motorcycle windshield without it bubbling, wrinkling and ripping. No instructions came with the film, so I don't know whether I should have sprayed water or ammonia on the windshield first after preparing the surface otherwise to apply the film wet or whether it was applied dry. The instructions on Amazon imply dry application.

Check the laws.
The product is fine but check your local laws. It’s illegal to tint your headlights in Illinois.

Perfect for my use.
I previously had white foot well lighting. I decided to tint the LED strips with these vinyls instead of purchasing red LEDs or RGBs. It was very cost efficient and as you can see in the picture the color looks great. I suspect it will look good in the long term due to the indoor protection. The adhesion of the sticker was good and it wrapped around the round LED curve easily. Installation was a breeze. I would recommend this for anyone with a similar situation.

Heat and patience is your friend
I received the product in perfect condition. It was not easy for me to install. I have some experience with installing window tint and custom vinyls. However it was difficult for me to get the right amount of heat to stretch it properly. Others have said, and I agree there is a clear top liner that should be removed during installation. I prefer the wet method when installing any kind of wrap / vinyl. When I first tried it, I forgot to remove the top liner. it may help to prevent scratching during installation however it makes heating it more difficult. You can remove it and use a soapy solution to prevent scratching from the squeegee. I had to throw away the first attempt because of creases and wrinkles. I tried again without the top liner however again trying to get the right heat and stretch it without creating more wrinkles was difficult. My head light is really curved, and not as flat, heat and stretching is very important. I ended up using two pieces , one on top and one on bottom creating a small seam. However I was able to get it done. Practice makes perfect, I have two cars to do. Its hard to see the seam unless you are looking for it. Not sure how the seam will impact visually till night time. Once Ive gotten more familiar with it, I can try for a perfect install when the it needs redone. I ordered another roll, I like the product, I lack the experience so I cant blame the product. If you can have a helper I would recommend it, overall I recommend this product. Heat and patience.

Great quality film. I had to retry my first attempt but it was my fault. It's thicker than expected. Should last a good few years before neeeding to replace.

L'installation a bien été mais attention ma surface a couvrir était complètement plate. J'ai trouvé que c'était tout de même assez épais. Si vous êtes pas un maestro du heat gun et expérimenté à installer du wrap. Bonne chance. Mais pour mon utilisation ça fonctionne bien.
