It took me a little bit from my body to get used to that much magnesium in one day. But after that, it has worked great! Better sleep quality, better BM’s lol

I take this before bedtime and it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I fall asleep easier and, more importantly, I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next day. I also feel more calm in the morning, which is a huge plus, especially on busy school days when I’m getting my little one ready and out the door. It just takes a bit of the edge off and makes mornings feel less rushed. The capsules are easy to take and the blend feels gentle overall. For me, it’s been a really helpful addition to my nighttime routine.

Great magnesium, easy to swallow, and no after taste. I was low on magnesium and now I can sleep better, feel more relaxes, and have been digestion.

Works great

The product itself is great, I’ve been using for more than a year. I recently switched to 120ct bottles because my husband takes it now too. This is the second bottle I’ve received that has a cracked/broken lid. It arrives in a thin bubble wrap bag and then inside the bottle is wrapped in another thin layer of bubble wrap. The packaging needs to be better, it’s very frustrating that it keeps happening.

I was put onto this supplement by a friend and I haven't turned back! Just about to order my 3rd bottle. Capsules are easy to swallow, and my sleep has definitely improved since beginning this supplement. I recommend it to all my friends!

i rate as one start because their is no effect on my health issue unlike to the other product I've brought 30munites after i drink i feel sleepy and i feel relax but this no reaction at all. this rate is only for my own experience.
