Great product
Works great! We hooked it up to an extra pair of computer speakers that have great volume to use around the house.

Works great, after a rocky start
Update: Was using the transmitter with my Airpods and the Bluetooth kept cutting in and out. One time when it came back, it came back LOUD and since then, the volume has been fine. I am not sure what made the volume raise, but I wanted to update as the device is working great now. Also changing my rating. Will update if the sound gets low again. I had purchased this to listen to my iPod Classic with my AirPods. It connected fine, but the volume is so low that I can barely even hear some songs, even with the volume on the iPod all the way turned up. I had the same issue when I plugged it into a PC as well. It seems to work better as a receiver (for instance if you are plugging it into the aux port on your car or another device). If you are looking for a transmitter, look elsewhere unless you don't mind very quiet audio.

Not for real time audio ....
This product works great for non real time audio where latency is not an issue. Sound quality is great. Pairing is flawless (at least for the Apple Ear Buds). But ... for real time audio as in a studio situation, there's at least a 50 msec delay, maybe more as I had no way to measure (and I spent little time checking further after I noticed the delay). Using to monitor an instrument or vocal in real time just does not work. There does not seem to be any way to reduce the buffer size and therefore delay. I will keep looking. My fault for this ..... for not checking so it will just go in a drawer and maybe be used for some future one-off application. Thought I'd let you know.

Noise Distortion of Audio
This product, although it did connect easily enough to multiple Bluetooth devices (which was nice), came with a terrible distortion of the Audio. There was both crackling of the audio output with buzzing noise constantly present. This is was likely due to poor assembly, of the unit itself, as I tested the provided 3.5mm cables (as well as a higher quality cable - purchased separately), with alternative devices for both input and output functionality, and the issue was only present on this device. I also tried several different USB cables just in case. My guess is that the issue was in the 3.5mm Audio Jack (Female) on the receiver/transmitter itself, which was either poorly manufactured and not making a good connection, or was poorly soldered in the wiring. This unfortunately made all other aspects of the product moot points. With an item such as this at such a low cost, I was not expecting the greatest results, but I did not expect the simplest of aspects to be of such poor quality. This may have been due to a bad batch of components, a novice assembler, but it clearly did not receive sufficient QC testing even at a low level. Could it have been damaged in transit? Yes, but the unit was not damaged, it was extremely light, and if the soldering came loose in transit, than the soldering job was sub standard. I could have requested a replacement, it could have been a bad unit that slipped through sub-assembly, but this is literally the simplest part of the product for both assemble and testing. If you are looking for a very cheap alternative to more expensive comparable products, you can give it a try, but I would not expect much here. If you do try it and receive a unit that does not have the same issues I had upon arrival, I feel it is safe to assume the products longevity would be very limited, and failure would be more likely than not to occur especially if you are plugging and unplugging the unit into different devices. Rated a 2-star because Bluetooth connected seamlessly, which was the only plus I can provide it. PASS on this item unless the Manufacturing can resolve such a basic issue.

Problematic for quiet movies: Clipped dialogue. Super annoying!
This is ALMOST a good item for the price. For continuous music, it is fine if your sound quality expectations aren't too high. For movies with continuous sound (e.g., background music when nobody is talking) it is fine. HOWEVER, for quiet movies, it cuts in-and-out. This would be acceptable if it didn't cause the dialogue to be clipped. It's super annoying! What was that first word spoken by the character? I'll never know. Rewinding doesn't help, because there is always the quiet part that turns off the sound before the spoken word. I wish there were a setting to just keep the transmission of sound "on", whenever turned on, even during the quiet parts, so you didn't get the interrupted/clipped sound and dialogue. Also: Don't expect high fidelity sound, but sound quality is 'acceptable' for sitting on a plane and watching movies or listening to background music IF the sound is continuous. But not if there are pauses in the sound, even for a few seconds at a time. There is always some static/noise when it is transmitting sound, so you are very aware when it is transmitting versus when it has paused transmission. Again, kind of annoying.

Better than waking my wife up
My wife works third shift sometimes I like to sit in the living room and watch TV. This allows me to go through my headphones and I’m not disturbing her easy to install easy to connect. Good quality long range highly recommend.

Go BT to 3.5 in or out
I just got this Bluetooth transmitter off Amazon in and really good ! 1st have a new iPhone with C port that I couldn’t plug into older stereo unit in car and this 5.3 BT receiver to 3.5 wired plug worked great and In stereo ! 2nd, I also can plug into wired earbuds and (not) have Bluetooth next to my head to hear my music ! 3rd, With the long life battery life, it hits all my expectations :-) yes worth the money and I would buy again !

Well made, works well.

Best Part is that the Unit is chargeable. So once it is charged - it is very portable. However, being Bluetooth, there is some lag in receiving/hearing the audio - which for playing/recording musical instruments or recording vocals, would not be suitable.

Printed manual text is so small, it really is so hard to read; but very clear instructions. Product works great ! Zero regrets !

It does the job well so far. I’ve used it for two weeks every day and I hasn’t skipped a beat. I paired it with my AirPods and worked well. Not the greatest sound quality compared to other BT devices but again, considering its price, it is not bad. It may look a bit cheap made though and it’s not prettiest device to show around.
