This book goes well with Cornish and has all the cases you should need. Written in a very clear down to earth way and ideal for students and lawyers.

A very good book for IP Law Students
All I can tell about this book is fantastic! Almost all the important cases are updated and included in the book. Highly recommended! specially for serious IP Law Students studying in the UK.

My book has serious defects, it jumped from p.140 straight to p.549 partial chapter 9-14, missing chapters 3-9, and then some index pages in the middle then repeated back to p.549, repeating chapter 9 -14 !!! I'd like to ask for a refund.
