These are perfect for our son's fishing bag. They are very heavy duty and I love that they come with the clip to keep them attached! I'm not sure how many pair we've lost because he's dropped them. Now, they are always attached and handy. They seem like really good quality and are definitely worth the cost!

I’m giving this 5 stars based on the pliers and the retractable lanyard, not so much for the sheath. The pliers appears to be well made, and is easy and comfortable to use. The lanyard is handy because it should prevent me from losing it, as was the case with my previous pliers. The sheath, on the other hand, was relatively useless as received. It’s a very flimsy mesh which makes it difficult, if not impossible to remove or re-insert the pliers. However, with a little modification, it now works as it should. As shown in the photo, I cut piece of gasket material to just the right size so that, when inserted into the sheath, it gives the sheath the necessary shape so that the pliers can easily be removed and replaced. A little spray adhesive before I inserted it, keeps the gasket material in place. I also added a slightly longer and stronger piece of Velcro to hold the pliers more securely in the sheath. It took only a few minutes and was well worth it, because, now, at least, it’s a great combo at a great price.

For being so inexpensive, this set of pliers has punched for above it's price for me. The holster is cheap, molded plastic, but surprisingly good for what it is. Nice and grippy, long enough to pull a hook out of a bass. As someone who just started fishing recreationally, I would recommend this for people that are just starting out.

I got these for my husband for fishing. They have the holes and are durable and a great design. This has a nice grip and is comfortable! My husband is happy with the weight.

Gets the job done, feels sturdy, opens and locks easily. Works great on mono and flouro, for braid you just need to pull it tight to cut easily, which is a little tougher for tag lines, but overall great value.

Love it. Comes in clutch all the time. Never leave without it when out ripping lips!!!

The item arrived wet and rusty in parts. Overall it does what I need it to do but not sure how it got so wet when the outside was dry.. the belt hook doesn’t work.. but the quality of the pliers is not bad.
