I don't know where they are made but I would not buy them - they appear to be simple to use - but it takes four hands. Stick with the plastic covered wire.

Good for trees 12 ft ?

This would work but if there's a bunch of movement, I would use some stronger. The velcro will work loose with the tree swaying.

Does it really have the Velcro brand typed on it? If it does that's just too tacky
