When I first got this and started wearing it, I didn't think I was going to like it. Honestly, it was uncomfortable and kind of hurt but I saw the recommendation to wear it for only like an hour or two when you first start wearing it, so I decided to give it a few more tries to see if I just needed to get used to it. I'm so glad I did! It has definitely helped reduce the pain caused by my bunion. I walk on a treadmill every morning and try to work out 3-4 times per week in addition to that. I'm also currently playing in a volleyball league once a week and had just started experiencing a lot more pain in my foot from the bunion. I decided to put this on during my activities and genuinely felt so much relief! This is definitely not meant to be a permanent fix but I find that it does a great job of bringing temporary relief and reducing overall pain associated with having a bunion. I don't have any issues wearing the sleeve with socks and tennis shoes like I've seen mentioned in some of the other reviews. Overall I would recommend that you give it a chance if you're looking for some pain relief!

Hate to give this product even 1 star (required to submit review). Wear mostly children’s shoes, or women’s size 5, well within the XS size range. I do not have wide feet and I am a small to average sized woman. Product tore before I even got the back band partially behind my heel. It didn’t not appear to be mis-sized, simply that inferior a material. Seemed promising in terms of comfort, but not if it tears before doing any realigning of toe. Save your money - try something else.

able to wear all day on the 1st day; washing and wearing will cause stretching over time...just ordered my 4th & 5th bunion bootie (no toe hole)...'tis expensive, but it does help keep my big toe alignment during the day ... at night I wear the Nighttime Bunion Regulator ... I'm on my feet, outside, a greater part of the day and the bunion bootie keeps the big toe from leaning on the next toe so that it leans on the next toe, and so on, which causes my foot's toes to push on the right side of any shoe or over the side of a sandal and that causes pain. With the bunion bootie, all my toes have realigned more to 'normal'....without pain. Great product. I wear a size 71/2 shoe and the X-Small, RIGHT bunion bootie works perfectly for me. UPDATE July 5, 2017: After ordering 9 bunion booties, I received one package that did not have a bootie in it: when I tried to get a replacement package with a real bunion bootie in the package rather than the empty bunion bootie package that I received, the Bunion Bootie Support Team told me in an email that they had reviewed my orders, but then wanted me to repeat all that info in an e-mail to them....when I did that it took a lot of time and I am not a computer person; I managed to copy one by one all the info that I found in my amazon orders area of amazon, but not all of it copied, even tho it looked like it had, so the info that the bunion bootie support team received was evidently not what they wanted from me....I've pleaded with them to HELP me, but I doubt now that I will get that help.....I've spent a lot of money on the bunion booties and they are truly a great product; however, the bunion bootie team is the most unsupportive team that I've come into contact with during my time with Amazon.com. I will continue to purchase the bunion booties until I can find a BETTER replacement, all due to the bunion bootie support team wasting my time with retrieving info that they already have right in front of them....very poor support team indeed is the bunion bootie support team.....

These are very expensive for what they are but I bought them anyway. One of them came with a hole in the toe. I took a picture sent it to the seller with no reaction. They did say if the product did not fit to send back. They fit and my foot specialist told me to get rid of them. Would love to send them back but have had them for a month. I think these are what they are advertised to be, just not for me. Plenty of others seem to think they help, I am not one of them.

I've been buying bunion bootie's for years. Once my current ones get a little old and worn, I am right back at the computer purchasing another. I can't say that it isn't uncomfortable at times, but it has to be in order to straighten my big toe and let my bones go back to where they should be. It always feels better in the long run.

Pain relief finally found with this Bunion Bootie. The fabric is amazingly strong, and does a great job on pulling my toe to one side relieving the pain and pressure that I usually feel. I didn't think this thin fabric would do what it claimed to do, but it really does! It's super thin and strong, and works great with wearing any shoe. I'm going to get another for sleeping, and then order another for my right foot as well. This product does not disappoint. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First off, let me start by saying I ordered a small and I wear a women's size 8.5 or 9 med shoe, or 39 euro. The small fit nicely, giving me just the right amount of tension I was looking for. I have had both bunions removed before, and the one on my right foot is coming back and I am doing everything I can to avoid another surgery, This seems to have "taken the edge off" the pain, if you know what I mean. I don't feel the need to wear it every day, but during a "flare", it surely helps. It does not show under a sneaker or an oxford, but looks exactly like the picture indicates, so it will show if you are wearing a pump or sandal, unless you wear opaques or tights of some sort. It is very thin and does not add bulk to your shoe. It would be wise to keep you great toe clipped and manicured so you don't puncture the end of the toe area. The tension derived does not pull your big toe upward or make it feel uncomfortable. I have even slept with it on. I have had a total of 13 procedures on my feet and still consider myself a young Boomer-just didn't draw the lucky card when it came to feet. That and the curse of high heels! Buy this product-it's a winner.

Seemed to help at first, but then the seam at the end of the toe piece started irritating my big toe so much and I had to stop using it. Trying to relieve one problem, only to create another. Would not recommend - and very overpriced for what it is.

The problem is that the seam on the toe is very bothersome.If they could somehow have the seam elsewhere, the product would be much more comfortable.

this is my 4th or 5th bootie that I have purchased, very happy with the product
