I’ve tried so many iron pills as my test results come back low on iron all the time , but have never liked any- would leave a taste that would make me feel nauseous and at times constipated . I decided to try the grape flavor one and the flavor is so good , chewable and no problems in the restroom . I tried many iron supplement brands and forms of supplements for my deficiency and all had taste or after taste of metal. They came with that #1 side effect constipation too. I came across these in my search and have never used anything else since. At first I doubted they even worked because they tasted like a little salty starburt and had no after taste what so ever. I had a little constipation so I thought here we go but it was very light compared to the other brands which is why I tried so many brands. I gave them benefit of doubt since I was severely deficient and desperate. then I started to get energy back and I knew they worked. I was so deficient that my doctor suggested an iron infusion but I knew it was because I wasnt sticking to supplements due to constipation. I knew these were gentler and worked though because I felt the difference. At 3 month check up my ferritin level was back in normal range. I've been using these for almost 6 months now and wont use anything else. I've tried watermelon, grape and cherry and I'd have to say that the cherry ones I could taste metal but not watermelon and grape.

This iron supplement saved my life. I've been wildly low on iron (down to about 2%) for years. I started taking this and have improved so much over the last year. I love the taste of this gummy and how easy it is to take everyday. No constipation issues either. If you need iron you need this gummy!

I wasn’t aware that I was low in Iron until I got a blood test, I tried a prescription iron pills from my doctor and they where really strong and bother me I was afraid that they could compromise my liver or kidneys, so I decide to try this candy like iron supplement to help me improve my iron levels. I just take one candy by pieces during the day so it doesn’t make me sick all at ones. I have my doctor appointment next week to check if my iron levels when up to normal or at least getting closer to where they supposed to be. I really don’t like to take medicine if I don’t need it do to possible side effects, but if I have to take it or when I have to take it, I like it as a candy to control the amount a take during the day to avoid side effects of a higher dosis that my body probably won’t be able to metabolize and it will end in my liver or kidneys. This supplement worked for me because my doctor told me I was low in iron. Check with your Doctor first before you take any supplement or vitamin to be safe.

I love a convenient way to get extra iron. I tried the grape and cherry flavors. In my opinion the grape is much better because the cherry taste like cold medicine. If you live in a warm climate, be careful these will sort of melt.

These are great! I don't like grape flavored things but these are actually pretty good tasting! They don't upset my stomach or anything either, highly recommend!
