APC UPS Battery Replacement, RBC35, for APC Back-UPS Models BE350G, BE350C

Easy to replace. When the UPS starts behaving in weird ways, even if there are no error codes, that's time to replace the battery. This is my second replacement, and both worked fine for several years.

I bought this because my APC Battery Backups Pro 1000 started to lose power all the time. I figured out that the battery inside had gone bad. I thought originally that I was going to have to replace the entire model that is almost $200 dollars, but I did some research and found that it's just the battery inside and it could be replaced fairly easy and for a fraction of the cost to replace the entire unit instead. It arrived in less then 24 hours after placing the order and got the new battery installed within 10 minutes after opening the box. My APC Pro 1000 works perfectly fine now and it was overall an easy fix. I've got 3 of these units in my home, so next time I have an issue like this, I'll be able to fix them easily and for a low price. I'll definitely use this company again if that happens. Fit fine, working great. Good product. I will say that it's not the easiest thing to replace this battery in the case but once installed, it works fine.

The 1st one of these that I ordered never arrived. I received a refund and reordered a couple days later. The reordered one arrived as promised. Having replaced APC UPS batteries before over the years I knew that when you first plug it in you should do so without anything plugged into it and let the light stop flashing and the self-diagnostic complete before anything (any loads) are connected. Some people have complained that their UPS started beeping/squealing immediately and wouldn't stop. My experience is that that is because loads were applied before they plugged their UPS in, turned it on, and allowed the light to stop flashing.

Battery works as expected but I hope it gives more than a year of service. These batteries generally don't last as long as I'd hope. I have about 10 of these APC units in service and it seems like I'm always replacing batteries. Maybe it's because they're constantly held at full charge and never permitted to run low and recharge. I don't know. I'm just a bit miffed that the tech isn't more user friendly. This replacement battery did work although I had to mess with the connectors more than anticipated to get the cover back on the compartment. I also noticed that APC's image does not match the image of the actual battery. That's good because the actual battery is smaller, making you wonder if you'll receive the correct battery. APC's own website images are equally faulty and no indication is made in the captions that the image is only representative of the item. I was forced to physically measure the old battery before placing the order to be more certain that I wouldn't have a return (which isn't possible with these batteries anyway because they are hazardous/illegal for consumers to ship.) Fortunately, the battery was correct and fit acceptably without the need for wire refitting or case modification as some have indicated. I'd love to try another manufacturer's UPS unit to see if what APC offers is truly better quality. I went with the brand years ago and so I'm stuck with in the meantime. This particular new battery replacement looks like a refurbished item because the case is significantly scratched as if it had been previously installed. Not that I mind batteries and cases being recycled - I simply prefer complete honesty from the manufacturer.

Exact replacement for our APC BE350C battery. After several years the old battery gave up. Purchased this battery replacement in August of 2024. Upon receipt we replaced the old battery, and shipped it to the recycle facility using the RBC Recycling Program on the APC website. The program had a free return to the closest recycling center, and we used the packaging from the new battery to return the old one. The replacement has been, and is even now, working without fail since install. Great deal all around, we saved a lot of money. Thanks!

Fit is 100% with both connections in the proper place. Come mostly charged and ready for use. Decided to test capacity and it ran 1 led lamp for just over an hour until the ups powered down.

After several years of use, my old UPS battery died. I wanted to replace the battery with the UPS' brand name battery, but could not find it locally. Ordered through Amazon, came nicely and protectively packaged. Install was simple and operation is as expected (working as it should.... I tested it stand-alone, enough for finishing up and saving some work on my PC before shutting it down properly, exclusively powered by the battery)… thanks.

Ma première batterie à durer plus de 9 ans. Celle-ci est exactement pareille donc je n'aurai sûrement pas de problème. Il y a déjà plus d'un an que je l'ai et elle fait très bien son travail. Je la recommande
