Great Quality, Looks Terrific, and Versatile
I purchased this oven because it is wood fired and I wanted to experiment with not only Pizzas but low temperature smoking. I have had it about two months now and after some growing pains, have really enjoyed it. I have smoked tri-tip (low and slow), Chicken, and made several Pizzas now. My first Pizza cook wasn't "anything to write home about", but I've progressively gotten better each time. The low temperature range requires different fuel (lump charcoal or wood chunks) and good vent control with the door, but it works! If you enjoy cooking with fire, I highly recommend this. it is extremely well built and holds heat.

Best pizza oven I’ve purchased! It gets hot fairly quickly.
This pizza oven is awesome! It gets very hot! It takes me about 25 minutes to get a good fire started. I’m still tweaking the type of firewood and amount. Don’t turn your back on the pizza, it cooks pretty quick! If you are making lots of pizzas and you want to maintain the fire in the pizza oven, I suggest getting fire resistant gloves and a long pair on good gripping tongs for your safety. I’m super happy with my pizza oven!

Bad experience all the way around! Returned for refund.
Natural gas conversion kit does not include fittings, gas hose, or instructions as to what is necessary; customer must figure out and do oneself. Then, when all done, the unit had a defective gas regulator; ruined scheduled backyard pizza party. Did I mention the unit comes with no instruction manual? There are other very good units out there for similar money. Avoid!

Beautiful design , works perfectly
Well made , simple product that took 5 mins to assemble. Properly started. It heats well up to 800 F . Recommend a good vac to extract ashes to clean after use .

Pizza Oven
We love our pizza oven. It took us awhile to get the hang of getting the temperature right before adding our pizza to the oven. Once we figured it out, we were able to cook a nice fire wood pizza! We've had several pizza parties already.

Works as advertised. Very high quality. Easy to put together and use. Looks really smart too. Uses very little wood to heat to super high temperature.

Great Customer Service
Received the oven on 10/13/23 and the Gasbeton (the cement slab that resides under the fire bricks) was all broken into pieces. I sent an email to Alfa Forni (George) and their response was within 1 day. They requested pictures of the damage, serial number and model and sent me 2 replacements (the next day) at no cost to me. We haven't used the oven yet but are planning pizza this evening. I would definitely suggest ordering from this company. It is a very well made product with great customer service.
