Very good flavor
This is some of the best olive oils I have tried. Great strong olive smell. nice peppery taste. Great on salads and anywhere you need want to use raw or lightly cooked oil like finishing a Sause. I have not made Gremolata with it yet but should be very nice. For what it's worth when family come to visit from Sicily and ask what to bring it is always olive oil. This beats more than half of them. The only ones I like better is the first cold pressed unfiltered EVOO. My only grip is that the larger bottle seems to be discontinued. I really hope that is not the case.

Great 4 middle road all purpose oil. Reg EVOO sourced single estate, ancient vines, cold pressed.. superior polyphenols but cost 6X. Wouldnโt rec as โfinishing oilโ but 4 everyday use in cooking/salads/marinades/dressings.. texture, taste.. 8 out of 10

Great value
I put some of this in with the bread dough that I made last weekend for a pizza and it had the right oil content, good quality, good cooking ability and had a good smell to it
