I had no problems with size 9 shoes. I am not sure of the country of origin. I bought the slip on shoes (no lacing). They are what they are, cheap shoes. The inner sole lining detached wihtin a month of wearing and I have to flatten them by hand wearing the shoes. Quick wearing as the heel is quick wearing. Would I purchase again; I don't think so. They are o.k so long as you don't want to look smart.
