Good quality
Bought this to help absorption of berberine. Seems to have done its job. Capsules are massive and a bit hard to swallow though. No smell.

Works well but the capsules are pretty large
Works well but the capsules are pretty large and the "full dose" is 6 capsules a day. I'd recommend using the oil instead. The capsules are flavourless. I'd recommend taking these with food as they can irritate the gastrointestinal system if you take them on an empty stomach.

Reduce cravings
I read that coconut oil helps reduce cravings and was suggested that I try MCT. I also wanted to lose a little weight so I have been using it along with Glucomannan fibre, which I was told makes you feel full. After one week I have noticed a considerable reduction in my cravings and have lost 2Ib. It definitely seems to work.

So far, I haven't really experienced any benefit. However, it's still to early to make any definitive comment or shape any opinions. It was delivered on time and came well packaged.
