This is a good economical product with great ease of taking providing nice dose of useable iodine

I don't use table salt that has iodine, so I need a supplement. I like the idea of the kelp and iodine pills from NaturesPlus. It is a good value for the money and 300 pills is nearly a year's supply. I take it to relieve the dry eyes I had and I no longer use as many eye drops as I once did. It seemed to help a lot and rid me of eye discomfort.

Got on time, no after taste

Brought it for Health reason. Docter asked me to add Iodine Sea kelp in my routine. And find this Icelandic kelp seems to be natural. To be honest I like it's worth because it works for me..
