These melt great and are perfect for my dairy free kiddo. I’ve been able to make all sorts of chocolate covered treats that taste good and are also high quality.

What a relief to find a dairy white chocolate substitute! Made Christmas bark so much more fun, chocolate held up well, color was great, nice flavor and texture.

I'm pretty impressed! The texture and flavor is very reminiscent of almond bark, and it's just as easy to melt and keep melted for dipping, drizzling, etc. It's also a true stark white! No yellowing at all, even while it's melted. I added cocoa butter, about 5% by weight, and that made a huge difference in flavor. The cocoa butter also helped to keep the coating from seizing when I added gel food coloring, so if you don't have oil-based color, you don't need to go out and get some. I added Silk heavy whipping cream to make a ganache just barely thin enough for a drip, but it doesn't set up the same way a chocolate with cocoa butter does. I think adding more cocoa butter may help it to set firmer, but I haven't tested it yet. The strawberries and cake truffles I coated had a great snap, and it took no more than five minutes to set firm enough to touch. There's no residue left on your hands or melting while handling the coating. I think it would only benefit from having cocoa butter added instead of some of the other oil they use for the above reasons, but for a vegan that can't find affordable white chocolate anywhere, this has been a great product to work with!

My daughter surprised me with some delicious dairy-free homemade candy for Valentine’s Day! They turned out beautiful and the texture and taste of the white melting chocolate was spot on. She said it was very easy to use. You just have to stir it a lot when it’s melting.

This is a delicious substitute for almond bark. I use it to make a “snack mix” and my no-problem-with-dairy family likes it as much as they did when I made it with real white chocolate. Melts well - you need to be careful not to overheat it (as you do with all white chocolate).

I would buy this chocolate as I sell vegan cake pops, however this last batch of both the white and dark chocolate I received was terrible. They would not melt properly, had lots of lumps in the melted chocolate when it used to be smooth. It was much thicker than it used to be. It’s such a shame as this chocolate had such a great taste and smooth texture. Will be searching for new vegan chocolate.
