The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible: The Fastest, Easiest Way to Get Started in Real Estate Investing

This is a good book on wholesaling --- very detailed, and good for beginners. I am VERY experienced in this arena and with real estate investing in general, so I knew a lot of the content, but it was good to review the book as a refresher. I am always learning and growing as an entrepreneur --- so it's a good read. Five stars

Step by step helps me alot

I just started in real estate investing. This book is incredibly comprehensive. Definite buy. This is a great book for anybody just getting started. It's remarkably to the point and no nonsense. Take away from the information ultimately the book is designed to get you to join his coaching program but it does not detract from the information at all.... You could read this book and do it without his coaching program. I bought the Kindle edition.

I'm not even half way through this book yet and I can see that it's gonna be the life changing tool for me! I've contemplated investing in real estate for almost 15 years and now with Than's book I feel like I finally have the tools to start!The book is written as if he's "talking" to you & is very easy to read and understand, even if you've never done one deal in your life. Than is funny, there are some laugh-out-loud things he's written and it's just a great resource.I've recommended it to many friends already.

This is a great book to read for anyone who is new learning about wholesaling real estate. This book helps reiterate an important concept of only calling on properties that look like they need work and would be a fixer upper. In addition, this book along with If You Can't Wholesale After This: I've Got Nothing For You..by Todd Fleming is also another good book to read for beginners.

After meeting Than Merrill at one of his real estate meetings.I did not know who he was at first. I can confirm that he knows how to make money in Real Estate and show anyone who wants to learn and take action how to make profitable deals. He seemed a little on the shy side because he walked away when I was trying to talk with him. But perhaps that comes from being a celebity real estate investor. At any rate after being in real estate investing and development for fifty years, I enjoyed the book. it is one of the better real estate books.
