These shades are nice quality for the price, however the color of the shade in the documentation provided in the shipping box is listed as "off-white" and not beige. They aren't bright white, but they are noticeably more white than the true beige shades they are replacing in our house. Also, while it was mentioned in the description prior to ordering that the spider at the top of the shade is white rather than brass that little detail is easy to miss so we were surprised to see that color when we opened the box and installed the shade with the brass harp they provided. You can't see that white spider looking straight at the lamp but since these are bedside lamps you do notice the difference when turning the lamp on and off. Not huge problems but they are a bit different than advertised so carefully read all the descriptions if you believe these might impact what you are expecting.

I needed to replace a silk shade on my 40 year old Waterford lamp. I found several between $200-300 online. The price on this shade was so reasonable I purchased this in white. It fit perfectly and is as attractive as the shade it replaced. The white color is a soft white. If you want a stark pure white this is not it. 10 stars alone for the incredible packing! It arrived in a very large box with plenty of packing material which held it securely in place. It comes wrapped in plastic to further protect it the material. Looks like real silk just like the shade it replaced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and this lamp shade.

After looking for so long to replace my lamp shade I decided on Beige Mushroom pleated Med. the colour and size was a correct , the price was kind of steep for lamp shade , after debating I decided I pay the price , they arrive three days early was very well pack with air saver and a protection in the box to stop if any thing heavy objects was place on top not to damage the shades . I am very happy with the colour and size is good , gave my old lamps a new look .
