I have no complaints with this camera. It didn't deviate from the description, as others in the comments section have experienced. I will mention that the clip seems to have been designed for bulkier monitors. It's able to adjust for thinner monitors, but I was worried the front-end of the clip would be putting pressure directly onto the actual screen, rather than the frame. To fix this, I attached velcro to both the clip and the backside of the monitor, while letting the camera itself rest securely on top of the monitor (simple and works perfectly). Fortunately I had some velcro laying around, otherwise I probably would've had to keep the camera on the desk instead (not exactly the best angle for Zoom meetings). Given how hard webcams are to come by these days, this is a pretty solid buy - even if you have to do some macgyvering. 5 stars, because the thin frame of my monitor can't be the reason a star is deducted from this camera. It did come as described and works very well, after all.

Camera arrived after several weeks and it did come a few days early! Using this on a 2012 Macbook Pro and as soon as I plugged it in we went to Facetime and called the grand parents! (Our internal camera stopped working and it was more to repair than to replace the Macbook!). Picture quality was terrible as soon as I got to the Facetime preview and the manual focus didn't seem to improve that until the Facetime chat connected and the picture quality dramatically improved. There is a switch on the back to turn on the four LED lights and those lights are BRIGHT! May be useful for some applications but for video chatting with family members it is not needed. This camera is a bit bulky and does have a large presence when sitting on top of the screen but it can also be setup to stand on a table or something on its own. Overall, I am glad we purchased it as all other economy webcams are very difficult to find at the moment. I would recommend!

I have been using a USB webcam for a long time.. Up to now, its working condition is not bad. The webcam of my laptop is not good in image quality, so I used a plug-and-play camera in the video conference call. The camera body color, built-in quality is very good.

Great camera if you need something in a pinch. First off, this is NOT 1080p. It says it is when detected, but compared to other 1080p cameras, this quality is closer to 720p. Other than that it is very simple to plug and play. I will say some software does not recognize it as a device though, and that's the real downfall. I do not stream, but I thought I would try it with Streamlabs and OBS. There was no option to select this camera as the input device. However, for Zoom it did work, which is what I needed it for. It does not come with any software, so what you see is what you get.

It came late but the seller was responsive, explained the delay, and under the circumstances (it was coming from Hong Kong) it was understandable. There is a clip but it is not a spring clip. It can be mounted on a regular tripod, and it also has lights to compensate for poor front lighting. For the price it is a great purchase (for the camera part), the image is clear, easy to focus (manually, as stated), and it is literally ‘plug and go’. I’m not using the mic, and would not expect that to be useful in my case (music lessons). I was using a cheap $12 webcam before; this is worth every cent.

This WebCam is not a keeper. This is frustrating. The sound on this webcam is not very good either. It comes across at a very low volume, muddy and hard to understand. It is better than the one I bought but much worse than the external Mic I am using. I would not recommend it - and you might notice that nobody else on Amazon recommended it either. It seems that the marked (Amazon) is now flooded with lots of inferior cameras all at higher prices than I ever paid for a good one just over a year ago... SUGGESTION - when shopping on Amazon look at the reviews - and look at how many reviews there were. This camera has NO reviews - which might mean that they got bad ones and paid people to take them down. Look for something that has at least more than 100 reviews (thousands are better) AND ones that have a good rating (4 or better stars) Aside from the mic being bad - while the idea of the lights seems nice --- when turned on there are four bright LEDs shining directly into your eyes. Fortunately you can turn that feature off. This is all very frustrating to see the market flooded with inferior stuff.

We purchased this webcam to go on top of our PC since we're having zoom meetings now at home. This camera works very well! Only issue we dealt with, (which has nothing to do with the camera in itself) was that, in the office where our computer is, the ceiling fan had LED light bulbs. These bulbs would create flashing lines in the background during the zoom meetings. Well, we didn't know that. We did a little Google searching and found out that this was an issue. As soon as we changed the lights, there wasn't anymore flashing lines. Camera is fine.

Now that everyone is working at home, it takes about six weeks for a computer camera to arrive from China. I paid extra for expedited shipping via DHL, but not sure it made any difference. This one has a great picture, built-in mike and lights. Fits on top of my PC monitor. Plug and play.
