Huge Improvement Over Stock
I replaced the stock rear speakers with these on my 2011 FLHTK Ultra Limited and it was a huge improvement in sound quality. I will be replacing the front speakers with Hog Tunes soon. When you compare the speakers side by side you instantly see that the Hog Tunes has a magnet that is 2.5 times larger than stock, and the speaker materials are much higher quality. Super easy replacement on the rear speakers; it took me a total of 10 minutes. They are no Kenwood nor Rockford Fosgate, but they are 1/3 to 1/4 the price and sound so much better than the cheap stock speakers. I have stock radio and no external amp.

Put these in my 05 Road Glide as a temporary set till I can get the Rockford Fosgate kit. But as “temporary” these sounds great!

Exact Fit, Better Sound (Don't expect miracles)
I replaced the 16-year-old original front speakers on my 2008 Harley Ultra Classic with these, after removing the tour pak. Left with only front speakers, the lack of sound and quality of it from the original speakers was bothering me. It's an old bike, and I've put well over 40k miles on it, I'm getting old, and I didn't want to spend a bunch of money upgrading the sound system. I chose these speakers after some research to make sure the fact they are 2 ohm speakers would be okay. The swap went easily, since I had experience removing the front fairing, and the HogTunes speakers fit exactly with little effort. With these speakers, I notice I don't need to turn up the volume as far. The frequency range is probably comparable to the original speakers, but the sound is fuller, and they sound okay at freeway speeds and light headwinds/crosswinds. For $130, I'm satisfied. Just don't expect them to sound as good as the ones Harley has used since implementing the "Rushmore" features in 2014.

These were a perfect replacement for the OEM Harley speakers. Also a good time to replace the mesh covering which I got from Amazon as well **With these speakers not having the OEM spacer ring, either try and take it off the original speakers or be careful about using the original screws as the will start to poke through your fairing :( Sounds much better than the original ones with no crackle with volume turned up.

he instalado el equipo y suena fenomenal .... supero mis expectativas.... recomiendo que siempre se acompañe de la fuente de poder, ya que con el puro radio de la moto el sonido no se explota al 100 %....muy recomendable.¡¡¡¡¡
