Are these hypoallergenic?

I don't know --but I do have an allergy to nickel and this necklace does not bother me at all

Does this tarnish or turn green ?

No. Pavoi have good products but this particular chain is oddly shaped and when you wear it it shifts in an unflattering way. But no it shouldn't tarnish.
