Review: Great book, poor packing - This is the book we use at my university to learn Korean, and I like it. It explains grammar points well, which as an L2 teacher, I appreciate. I wish it had reading comprehension exercises and a little bit more of vocab. That being said, I had to replace it because it arrived damaged, and then again, for the same reason. But third's a charm, right? Review: Very useful book, relevant content, vocabulary could be organized better - I used this book for a class and I am very happy with it. I learned a lot from it and the way it is organized is easy to follow. The grammar points are well explained. I used in a class so I don't know how it will work if you're studying on your own. I gave it 4 stars because I had one complain about it. The book has a vocabulary section at the beginning of each unit, but then, in the rest of the unit, there are new vocabulary words listed in different exercises and some words only appear in the exercises and are not carried forward. They should list all the words at the beginning and keep using them throughout the unit. Other than this issue, the book is very useful and the companion website has all the audios and extra material.

Great book, poor packing
This is the book we use at my university to learn Korean, and I like it. It explains grammar points well, which as an L2 teacher, I appreciate. I wish it had reading comprehension exercises and a little bit more of vocab. That being said, I had to replace it because it arrived damaged, and then again, for the same reason.
