Works just the the OEM version!
I have a 32 gallon BioCube that the power supply for the light hood died. This new power supply worked absolutely perfectly! Gonna buy another one just to have a backup.

Lighter than expected and the price is great.
This was bought to replace a lost cord. I was very impressed as this feels lighter than the original. Sometimes lighter isn't always bad. I know after market chargers can get hot but this one doesn't. It functions just like my original and was easily compatible. It takes the same amount of time to charge my item as the original . It is a great compact power supply that is built well and durable . I am very pleased with the cord and price.

It works, but pay attention to the voltage rating
The adapter works, but it emits a high pitched, constant buzzing sound, so in a quiet room, it could drive a person a bit crazy! We wrapped it in an old t-shirt to muffle the sound, but this is obviously not a permanent solution. After the seller reached out to me as a result of my product review, I realized I purchased an adapter that isn’t suited to power my computer monitor. Basically, I need to purchase a more powerful adapter (16V versus 12V). I should have done more research before I bought it, so this review can serve to help others learn from my mistake. The seller was very good to work with, so it improved my experience a great deal.
