It doesn't say where it's made but it is distributed by Telebrands Corp from Fairfield, NJ. The active ingredient is listed as Dimethicone 1%. Inactive ingredients seem to contain variety of oils and some waxes. Hope this helps.

Does this have a decent expiration date? Bought some at a store recently that expired May 2013 !!

I have one that expired 03/12 and 7 years past expiration it works no different than the day I bought it. And how does it work? This stuff is truly amazing. I just needed it. One application and after about four hours I went from a cracked, painful, bleeding heel to one that is hard to tell there was a problem.
