My favorite self tanner! Sure pale girly here, I don't tan, I just burn. Found this at Walmart a couple summers ago and gave it a shot. It's sooo good, no orange, looks natural once you get it all dialed in. My technique: shower, shave, exfoliate, lotion, while lotion is still damp spray on tan, rub rub rub, let sit overnight, voila tan! I tried a gel version from this same brand and it was way orange, so I'll be sticking with this one!

It ropes your in with its catchy name and marketing. Even the directions have clever catch phrases etc. My photo shows the self-tanning products I have in my closet currently. As a former sun worshiper, my mid 30s brought dark age spots that once were cute “freckles”, premature wrinkles, crepey skin, and several pre-cancerous mole removals leaving nasty scars. Then both my parents had melanoma detected in a two year period. My mother was very close to needing additional treatment beyond surgery. This was a new beginning for me, sunblock, sunglasses, hats, long sleeves, and….self tanners. Giving up sun was hard enough but my glow….ummmm no way! I have tried about everything. I have stood in mechanical booths, I have awkwardly been sprayed by a technician “bearing it all” for the bronze. I have purchased professional fitness competitor tanning solutions and of course, any and every single walgreens, Macy’s, Ulta, or new online product you can think of. And some I love. Some I like. Some are quick and easy (clear aerosols like banana boat or neutrogena) and I use them when I’m tired or hurried. Some are nice and dark but more time consuming and require gloves (foams like St. Tropez). Some smell less offensive than others (usually lotions, I love banana boat lotion) and I mix a drop of scented lotion and can put it on and go to work and leave w/a hint of color. One thing I’ve learned, no matter what the description says…. THEY ALL SMELL BAD. Some smell worse than others. This one, Tanned AF is one of the worst I’ve smelled with the least rewarding result. It’s not easy to apply either. It comes out like brown spray paint and you have to rub it all in. It will get on your floor, walls, shower, wherever it hits. Did I mention the scent? In summary- SMELLY AF MESSY AF BE SMART AF and don’t fall for the AF BS

I saw so many great reviews for the b.tan Self Tanner Bronzing Mist and had to try it, and I’m so glad I did. It applies evenly, dries quickly, and gives a beautiful, natural-looking tan in just one hour. No streaks, no orange tone, and best of all, no fake tan smell. The color develops smoothly and looks amazing. Such an easy, mess-free way to get a great tan. I will definitely be buying this again!

I will say this stuff scared me at first! Ha. It goes on pretty dark, can blotch easily and hard to do solo. But it is easy to smooth out with a cloth or sponge, doesn’t streak like some, definitely not orange. Really surprised and impressed. All I did was test on my legs so I just took a washcloth and washed my legs with soap and exfoliating stuff I had. Dried. Sprayed it on, smoothed it out, waited an hour and took a shower. Looked very natural, not as dark as when applied thankfully and has lasted all week. Skin types all differ but I’m fair skinned but I do tan naturally fairly easy. For the price, give it a try! I gave it 4 stars because the instructions on the bottle are tiny and difficult to read with the glitter type paint used. Instructions are hilariously funny though.

Love this stuff! No smell! Doesn't turn you Orange! No streaking! No transferring! Yes, it does look a little green when you spray it on but you must use a MIT to rub it in! Trust me! If you want to be dark, get this!!!

I tried 3 b.tan products within a few days of each other. This is by far the best one color wise; however, it does a number to your surrounding area (my shower surround). Everything turned into a pinky brown color. I read reviews this was going to happen so I cleaned up the area immediately following application. It still managed to color the tile and tub. It might be slowly fading now. This is also very tacky. When I apply it I have a mitt next to me because it can splatter and I don't want spots. It sets in fast so you want to do it immediately as you apply it. There is a faint scent but nothing overwhelming. It does transfer to clothes prior to rinsing. I left mine on for 24 hours. I exfoliated the day before. Applied a prep spray (for ph leveling an hour before) and drying powder to help with the tacky feeling. There is definitely color the next morning. Pretty dark. So it works. You just need to be aware of the unfavorable side effects.

My new favourite self tanner, I usually would use the jergens foam (also good) but im pregnant so a spray is much easier these days. I tried this for the first time (got my boyfriend to spray me) and the smell is lovely, almost like coconut- and it dries very quickly. Not orange at all and lasts for quite awhile. Definitely a good price also, ill be ordering again soon

J’ai testé ce spray bronzant sans filtre et en conditions réelles… et le résultat est tout simplement bluffant. On croirait que je rentre de vacances aux Caraïbes ! Application : attention, le spray diffuse énormément. Pour éviter les surcharges, je conseille de pulvériser à bonne distance, par petites pressions rapides. Le produit a un gros rendement, donc inutile d’en mettre trop. Préparation : comme pour tout autobronzant, un gommage préalable + une routine soin/hydratation complète garantissent un résultat uniforme et naturel. Résultat : le rendu est bien dark comme annoncé, avec un hâle intense et homogène. La peau paraît ensoleillée, bonne mine immédiate, même sans maquillage. Mon retour 5h30 après: un superbe résultat, rendu bronzé intense, on apprécie particulièrement l'absence de teinte orangé dans le résultat final Odeur : agréable surprise, pas d’odeur de “faux bronzage”, mais un parfum doux qui rappelle l’institut de bronzage. Tenue : le bronzage se développe dès la première heure et peut être intensifié si on laisse poser plus longtemps. Il dure plusieurs jours avec hydratation régulière. Formule : vegan, cruelty free, sans ingrédients inutiles — un vrai plus pour la conscience. ✅ En résumé : un spray autobronzant super efficace, naturel et intense, qui tient ses promesses. Avec les bons gestes d’application, l’effet retour de vacances est immédiat et ultra flatteur. Totalement validé.

Awful color

I've just tried this as I wanted a darker one than my usual one. It's great, nice and dark for me. You don't even need to rub it in. So happy with purchase ☺️
