This is the easiest way to get in my car. I couldn't use the transfer board because of the different heights between my wheelchair and the car seat. It ways impossible for me to slide into my car seat without someone helping me. I saw this and had to order it and it is a life saver. I can sit on the seat, slide to the center of the seat, and turn with ease, and pull my legs up inside too. Love this wish I had it when I was in rehab!

This is a lifesaver if you or someone you know has difficulty navigating due to mobility challenges. I have a number of these, as my mother is 90 years old, has arthritis, and has difficulty getting into bed or on chairs, especially when they are upholstered. Using these has made my mother much more independent. The person places this on the seat, and once seated, the fabric slides against itself, allowing the person to safely move onto the chair, car seat, etc. While it may seem as if a person could easily slide off, we have not had that as an issue. (We are, however, careful not to place this too close to the edge of the bed, for example.) As I said, this has been so helpful that I chose to purchase three of them so we don't have to remember to take it to the car, move it to the bed, etc. I first purchased it after my mother had a hip replacement, but it has been so wonderful that we continued to use it. When she was hospitalized, I brought it to the hospital to help her get in and out of bed. It is also wonderful for 'scooting' over in the bed, as it allows the user to easily push themselves away from the edge of the bed. This

Im 53 and ive been in a wheelchair since i was 20 been transfering for MANY years these are REALLY good the best ive used so far. When i first became handicapped i was younger stronger and lighter so i didnt use a transfer board i just used my arms and strength now im 50 and what a fool i was now im 53 and my arms are shot shoulders and elbows are trashed and now i have a really hard time with transfers i use these sheets now to help with my transfers i can now just scoot across the board in and out of bed, the tub and car. Ive tried others and some have the shine and look like they work but these are the best and slide the best

The item is good in theory, but impractical to use. You have to get it under the person and into, in our case, the wheelchair and it just doesn’t work. Waste of money.

I was having a very difficult time getting my wife in the car. Could not get her property positioned in the seat. With this she can sit on the edge of the seat and I can slide her to the center of the seat and easily rotate her to get her feet in. Fixed a big problem with an inexpensive and simple solution.

You can’t really tell but this little item helps a lot to transfer someone who is a stroke victim the whole right side is impaired- and makes it easier to get in and out of the car. My dear friend told me this makes transfer much easier.
