High qualify supplement. After taking this for a week, I can say that I feel more alert and mentally focused.

The only l-tyrosine supplements I know of that can be cut in half! 500mg a day is way too much for me but I found that 250mg does the trick!

It was suggested by my physician to supplement with L-tyrosine to boost my thyroid function (i was low normal). What an improvement in energy and mood. Although these are 500 mg tablets, i cut them in half, and that seems better suited for my needs.

I really appreciated the extra energy and focus from this supplement. I did not take it every day, only when I woke up tired or knew I had a demanding day before me. The size of the tablet is not an issue for me as I just chew it into chunks that are easily swallowed with a glass of water. The taste is very bland with a ever so slight sweetness. However, I quit taking it altogether when I realized it was causing me to have uncomfortable urinary urgency. I stopped and started many times and always experienced the urinary urgency on the days I took the tyrosine. I have no idea what about it is causing the irritation, but I reluctantly had to say, "No more!"

This is the only brand of L-Tyrosine I have yet to try but it definitely makes a difference and based on other reviews I'm going to stick with this company. Make sure if you're one of those severe migraine sufferers, read up before you take all l-tyrosine because it could make your condition worse unfortunately. For everyone else, this is a pretty good supplement.

Dont buy this. People with thyroid issues also have issues assimilating calcium because thats the thyroids job and this tablet contains calcium, totally unnecessary. You need to be taking magnesium along with this tab to assimilate and go along with the calcium. This has 110mg of calcium. My fault that i only read the picture front of the bottle which doesnt mention calcium and not the back.

This is my favorite amino! I'm not able to take B vitamins or coffee for energy because it has the opposite effect on me so this is one of the only things that helps me with energy levels!

チロシンからドーパミンやノルアドレナリンが合成されるという理屈はわかるが、実感できるほどの効果はない。 同じ気休めならカフェインを飲むつもりでコーヒーを飲むほうが味も楽しめて安価でよいだろう。 レビューの文言制限を回避するためにふわっと書くが、やはりサプリはサプリでしかなく、 きちんとした効果を求めるなら保険が効く薬を買うべきだ。
