Wrong measurements and no refund
They're giving the measurements of the windows nailing flange. The outside measurement of the flange is irrelevant. The window casing measurement is what every other window manufacturer uses. The window is contractor quality and arrived unbroken and in working order. The only way to use the window is to cut and frame the opening after it arrives. You can frame the opening 2 inches smaller than the width and height and it'll fit. If their window measures 40x30 cut it 38x28 and it should be fine. This should be in the description somewhere. Who measures a window from the outside of a nailing flange on a new construction window? The return process has taken 9 days so far and the package arrived Monday at 8am. Its now Wednesday after 5pm and they're saying they still haven't checked it in at their facility to issue my return. I'm forced to wait to order a new window until they issue my return. It's been almost 2 weeks since the product arrived at their facility and I still haven't received my money back. I had to file a claim and now wait another 48 hrs then potentially 3-5 more business days to be refunded. I wouldn't do business with this company. They don't have a clue about windows, or how to run a business. Hopefully amazon gets rid of them ASAP!

New install
I installed two of these windows in a new construction off grid shower house. Good quality, easy operation, secured locking.
