It is not the bowl, it depends what one eats the day before. It (the bowl) is a great product

Will this work with gibirit wall unit?

Yes, I ordered it for my 2x4 geberit wall unit, just needed up returning due to the finish of the bowl. It says not to use chemicals to clean it

Does it come with toilet seat?

no, sold separately. Also you need the entire metal framework to install it on, and the cover for the flush push. This is just the bowl.
