How long does the caffeine buzz last

Hey Wales 786 - Great question and it partly depends on how you process caffeine, but for most people, the caffeine kicks in 5-15 minutes as it's absorbed directly into your bloodstream as you chew, kicking faster than energy gels, energy drinks and caffeine pills. Hi Mad About Hair, good question. While I designed the products for sport, they can be used at any time you'd use caffeine, the big difference being that as you chew them the caffeine is absorbed in your mouth, so they kick faster than coffee, energy drinks and caffeine pills, and are less likely to give you stomach issues, they're also only 32kcal and fit conveniently in your pocket/glove box. I've often used them to go clubbing or to get me through a long work shift and even use them after a big night out to get me back to being productive. chew away my friend. Actually the caffeine is absorbed as you chew, so you don't as much swallow them like a pill, more chew on them like a sweet and it allows the caffeine to pass directly into your bloodstream for a faster kick than energy drinks, caffeine pills and energy gels.

I packed in coffee due to high blood pressure. Can use these as a replacement?
