The best battery operated candles. The D battery candles last 6 months. They look sooooo real and the slight smell is amazing.

Excellent product. Appreciate the timer but wish the candle stayed lit for more that 5 hours. Too expensive but we needed this size for our candle holder. The flickering looks realistic from a distance and it smells very good.

I've been using Luminara candles for a long time. They're safer than "real" candles with real fire. And they have a timer, which I like most of all. The candles that I prefer use D Batteries. They last a pretty long time with the timer function. As they get a couple years old, the timer often starts acting wonky. But you can still use them as on and off lights. Which I've found are great for night lights, or in bathrooms when you have guests trying to feel their way around in unfamiliar surroundings in the dark. When I have guests I usually put in fresh batteries and leave at least one candle lit for the whole weekend. The wax outside makes them look "real." Just make sure not to leave them outside in an area where they can melt or freeze.

Great candle

I bought 2 of these for the vanilla scent. One has no smell at all, the other only has a light scent if I put my nose to it. But they are great candles, and the batteries last about 3 weeks, running continuously.

I love my luminara candles. I now have 10 of them in various sizes. I have been buying them for years. I particularly like the wider ones as I think they look more realistic. I have them in various heights. I also have 2 tapers in ivory and am wanting to get two more in red for the holidays. I love that I don't have to turn them on and off every evening. I have them set to go on when it gets dark and then they go off right after I go to bed. It makes my house so cozy feeling and it is much safer than candles but gives the same effect. I mostly use them in the wintertime when it is darker, but they would be good all year. I like the way the "flame" looks like it is flickering. I love love love them.

Even though the prices have gone up, these candles are a great gift! In the early darkness of winter, I love walking into my living room and seeing them flicker! I set the timer and relax. Give the comfort of light--to yourself or a friend!!!

I thought I ordered it with the remote but I didn't.No matter I've got the remote from the old one and it works perfect.

I live candles but refused to have any in the house for fear of house fires. My mom bought me one of these and I loved it so much that I bought myself another. The flame really does look flicker like a flame. It is so nice in the evening and on my dining room table.

J ai acheté celle ci pour compléter d autres que j avais.celle ci est plus lumineuse et me donne envie de changer les autres. En plus elle dégage une bonne odeur vanillée très sympa.elle est quand même assez cher raison pour laquelle je n ai pas acheter sa grande et sa petite soeur
