I use a high powered LED bulb in my AlienBees strobes for video work, but there's a fan that never turns off. In a quiet room, the mic picks up on it's loud hum. In searching for ways to combat this noise, I thought it might be worth a try to add an in line switch to cut power to the fan since the unit it no longer powering a 150W bulb, but rather a 15W LED bulb now. The switches work perfectly, while being in a more low profile package. I liked these because they use a circular hole, rather than some of those square or rectangular switches. It was easy to use my step bit to make perfect 1/2" hole size. I tossed some thread locker on the threads to keep that ring from coming off over time too.

I usually pick up a few of these when they are on sale, and they are well worth it. They are really well made and work great. The short throw combined with the super tactile feel makes it feel like a premium switch. I recommend this switch for anyone looking to have control over a device.

Feels really solid, and has a very satisfying sound to it when flicked on and off. But in doing so, one thing that you need to know before you buy it, you NEED to flick it. You can't just slowly and gently turn it on, it needs some more force to make the switch do its thing. Other then that a great product for what i needed.

We needed a replacement switch for an electric juicer. This one did the job and installation was a cinch. We expect this switch will outlive the life of our vintage juicer.

I used this to replace a 50 year old trigger switch on a Mall Belt Sander. Even tho it's not a trigger switch ( which I couldn't find anywhere) I opted to use this switch. It works and fits perfectly...!

It works as an Oster Classic 76 replacement switch. There is some wire stripping and ring terminal soldering that must be done, but in the end, it works out great. It is also MUCH sturdier than the original switch. Best of all, it fits in the housing like a glove.

Perfect fit for antique lamp. I rewired it for my wife. She loves it.
