It's well made and fits very comfortably inside the belt. Hardly notice it's there. It holds my .38 snub securely. Drawing is easy, and the holster stays well put during the draw, but re-holstering is tricky because it is soft leather. But all in all, a nice holster for the price.

High quality leather, my Kimber K6S fits well and feels secure. This holster is far more comfortable carrying IWB when compared to kydex and other firmer leather holsters.

This is an extremely comfortable well-made IWB holster made of high quality deerskin that you could wear all day with a small J Frame revolver. As another reviewer notes, the holster is soft and only time will tell if the holster consistently remains in place during a draw, but in terms of pure comfort and concealability it gets high marks.

Freaking awesome IWB holster for J-frame S&Ws. Comfortable, cheap, and well-made. Just keep in mind to use your index finger to push off the gun during an unholster action, or you may drag the holster along.

When looking for a holster, I initially bought a 1791 OWB holster for this gun. I usually carry OWB with my CCW ( semi auto ) due to their weight. The LCR however is so light I saw no need to carry it OWB, and returned the holster for this one. It fits the gun very well and is very comfortable, I appendix carry and forget it’s there, it’s that light and comfortable. Quality construction, fits gun well , lifetime warranty and a great price.

This IWB holster is very supple and has excellent retention for my stock SP101 2.25" snubby hammerless. Very comfortable and already quickly molding to shape, you can smell the leather across the room. Very quick deploy but a little slow to re-holster safely. Stitching is even, strong, and accurate. Leather is thick but only stiff in the right places around the retainer clip. Definitely recommend if you have the short SP101.

Great holster. After a night of letting my ruger sp101 just rest in the holster it form around my revolver perfectly. Material is pretty decent. Holds comfortably in my waist band. Clip on the holster keeps the firearm from slipping out of place. No issue with quick draw.( no snag ) all and all on a scale from 1 to 10.... I give this item an solid 9 only because I just got it a week ago and time and wear still need to place a factor. Update in a few months.

Overall, the holster is well‑made and demonstrates good quality. However, it is not a proper fit for a .38 Special Colt Cobra without modification. The Colt’s rail is wider than the holster’s internal retention channel, which required removal of the integrated sight rail inside the holster to achieve a usable fit. Just be aware that this holster may not be compatible with this model as‑is. This is for the NYLON version, not sure if the full leather is the same.
