Working great

The ice machine was purchased in January 2022 and now has broken after less than 6 months. Will no longer make ice cubes and water is not cold. A lot of money wasted. I would consider other options before buying this. After a great deal of emailing between Klarstein and myself, we were told that we would not be refunded any money but have another machine sent to us, (which I believe is actually illegal). Eventually we were told that we would be refunded the cost as they had no machines left. Consequently we bought another ice machine and then today we received another ice machine from Klarstein now leaving us with 2 machines and more than £200 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They are absolutely useless. Two weeks later and they still haven't replied so we have decided to take them to the small claims court to try and get our money back.

This certainly isn't the cheapest Ice Machine available on Amazon, however I believe that it is worth the extra money. The design is to add water from the side, though if you are careful you could also add water from the top, but if you add too much then this would overflow to where the Ice is to exit. I've had the machine for 5 months now, being able to use the Ice direct from the machine to a glass is very worthwhile, and of course any excess Ice you can add to a container and add to your freezer. The machine also recycles unused Ice. Although it is not plumbed (ideal for me, as I can place it where I want in the kitchen), the water reservoir is large which means that it only requires infrequent refilling. Ice jams due to the ice sticking together are fairly infrequent but if does occur, access from both the top or from the ice exit at the front (just put your finger up or handle of a spoon to wriggle the ice and then it will loosen up and drop out). If you are looking for a domestic Ice Machine, for ice to either add directly to your drinks or to add to your freezer then I can recommend this machine and wouldn't hesitate to say don't look any further.

Just I thought it would make more ice. Seems quite a slow process.

Good machine seems to be working fine at the moment not had it long but everything working fine from filling with water to getting ice in minutes.

I thought it looked ok and seemed easy to use but it broke and the customer service for a broken product is disgusting it broke little after a month so refusing to issue my refund only partial or replacement with 2year warrenty so obviously don't trust their own product. The swirly metal ice mover broke and the ice and water have areally weird taste we tried it and gave it time the ice sticks together and doesn't go through the hole it's not worth the money pr aggravation trying to get your money back. Avoid this

The coil that pushes the ice out doesn’t push it out you have to put your hand in and pull the ice forward. Very disappointed with this machine.

Portable and very easy to use. Really love it I will recommend for everyone.

Je viens de faire l'acquisition de cette machine à glaçons Klarstein ICE VOLCANO. Elle a été livrée parfaitement dans les temps dans un double carton et bien calfeutrée dans un emballage de polystyrène et de plastique. Après la lecture du mode d'emploi ,avec une version en français j'ai pu mettre en place ma machine sur un plan de travail. Elle est un peu lourde et l'on peut penser que c'est un signe de solidité. Après l'avoir bien nettoyée( cette étape est très importante car les plastiques du réservoir d'eau peuvent donné du goût à vos glaçons.) Une fois le réservoir rempli d'eau on peut mettre la machine en route. Au bout d'une petite quinzaine de minutes,on commence à avoir les premiers glaçons formés par 8 buses. Une fois les glaçons faient ,ils sont transférés dans un bac avec une pièce en forme de tire bouchon qui une fois actionnée éjecte les glaçons vers la plateforme ou vous aurez au préalable mis un récipient ou un verre. En une heure, on peut déjà avoir pas mal de glaçons. Les glaçons sont peut-être un peu petit mais la quantité de glaçons fabriquée est assez importante pour compenser. Et si l'on veut,on peut même utiliser la machine pour avoir de l'eau fraîche. Je pense que , avec les fortes chaleurs estivales ( je l'espère), cette machine sera très utile à toute la famille. Bonne quantité de glaçons de taille moyenne.

Im Oktober 2025 gekauft, und jetzt defekt. Sie wurde zurück geschickt. Man bekommt keine Reaktion mehr, es hieß das wir Ersatz bekommen, nach ca einer Woche. Es passiert nichts, seitens Klarstein. Daher am liebsten *null* Sterne

Ich verstehe die schlechten Rezessionen nicht die klarstein vulcano 2G ist wirklich super! Produziert zuverlässig Eiswürfel in guten Größen kaltes Wasser wunderbar nach dem Sport auf knopfdruck ohne Flaschen in den Kühlschrank stellen zu müssen ich weiß nicht was andere Leute erwarten es ist ein Produkt für 170 € und ist für diesen Preis absolut perfekt wenn man mehr erwartet muss man halt auch mehr Geld ausgeben
