I read my toddler this book every night. He loves chickies and he loves this book. He is 2. Edit: he ripped the pages to shreds overnight.. I'll buy it again when he's 3.

Baby’s favorite book
My baby is apparently opinionated about his books. This one is his favorite. He will stop what he’s doing and pay attention when I get it out to read. He likes the pictures.

Great activity book for ages 3-6: find the chickens within the picture, perfect for reading over and over again
This book is an impressive rhyming tale about tons of chickens going to the county fair. The illustrations are adorable, and the chickens are truly doing everything in this fictional world. My favorite part is that at the back of the book there are questions for each page, so you can flip back and count how many chickens are knitting or are dressed as clowns, etc. Perfect for children ages 3-6, this book is one that would be fun to read over and over again. There is so much going on on each page, the reader is very likely to find new details with each read. And you could easily make up your own questions - for counting or whatever else you're inclined to ask your children while reading. Blog: Mom's Radius

Granddaughter LOVES it!

Good book
It's a good book, but I figured there would be numbers involved lol it has nothing to do with counting chickens. My son is obsessed with numbers and chickens.
