I recently started using a walkie talkie earpiece, and it has performed exceptionally well. The sound is crystal clear, with no static or interference, making communication easy even in noisy environments. I can hear others perfectly, and they have no trouble hearing me either. The earpiece fits comfortably and stays in place, even during extended use. It’s lightweight, and I barely notice it while wearing it, which is a big plus during long shifts or events. It feels sturdy and well-made, with no issues so far after daily use. The cord is durable and doesn't get tangled easily, which is always a nice touch. Overall, this walkie talkie earpiece delivers excellent sound quality, comfort, and durability. If you need a reliable earpiece for clear communication, this one is a great choice.

Earpieces are a very important part of our security team's equipment. Having tried several different earpieces in the past, they all had some sort of issues. None of them really lasted that long before failing. The biggest issue was the ability to hear clearly what was being transmitted. I stumbled across these Samcom units, who by the way, build an excellent two way radio that I highly recommend. I decided to give them a try and wow, what a difference! We have to actually turn down the volume on our radios now. These are very loud and even more important are very clear. They appear are very well built and just like their radios, have a nice quality feel about them. They also include two different size eartips which I thought was a nice touch. These have really changed how we communicate to each other. No more, can you repeat that last transmission. Everything comes in loud and clear. How good are they? Well, we'll be ordering at least ten more units more for the team!

I’m a nurse and I use my headset at work and it’s important that it’s functional. Worked great for about two weeks and then started having problems with the buttons working and fully broke on the third week.

Comfortable and worked great

It is decent. However the mic is not very good. Hard for people to me, a lot of background static. It is decent, and will be used, but I did invest another with better mic quality.

Sound is good. However, it plugs in very loose and looses connection. So you just can’t trust that your transmitting. The Samcom radio is equipped with a screw type plug but there is nothing on the market for this radio to do that. The radios are awesome though.

The Samcom line of products are affordable, and reliable. I have used the Samcom Walkie Talkies with and without the earpiece at my place of employment for over three years without fail. At different times we have 6 to 9 walkie talkies in service operating with complete confidence that we can readily keep in contact. Thank you Samcom

*edit After the initial review, I was contacted and sent a replacement set up, free of charge. Very nice of them to do so. The earpiece fits great and is very comfortable. I wear it 5 days a week for 10-13hrs a day. The microphone stopped working after 4 days though.
