I got a defective product. I have placed a refund request, but even after 20 days Amazon has not yet picked the order even after calling them multiple times Its waste of money to buy this product

The tip is thick.. Was expecting it to be thinner n fine. Uses too much of battery.. Within 10 minutes the new battery was not able to take the load.
