As a 75 YO senior, I was interested in low impact exercise plus interested in reducing fluid retention. I have exercised my entire life and have discovered the importance of recognizing body changes and maximizing fitness based upon my personal needs. This LifePro mini is perfect for this stage of my life. In the 5 months that I’ve been using this mini waver I have noticed an improvement in balance, muscles are actually more toned, and my strength has improved. It is a wonderful addition to my fitness routine. I have CFS so fluid retention with muscle cramps is a major issue for me. This LifePro mini waver has proven beneficial in helping me return to sleep after awakening in the night with muscle le cramps. Wow! Who knew! I highly recommend! In fact, I recently purchased one for my sister-in-law. She loves it already.

Very impressed, I actually bought this to help with constipation and not exercise. It’s helped with that immensely! I exercise at moderate to high intensity 5x weekly and the board doesn’t feel like much exercise to me (I’m young & fit). I have IBS-C despite eating a fiber-rich diet and drinking plenty of water. I’m often “close to going” but unable to make it happen daily. Every time I’ve used the board for 10 mins on level 1-3, I’ve either had a BM right away or within 12 hours. I got the idea based on a video online. Somehow, the vibration does a lot more than just exercise. On a side note, I have a hyper mobility syndrome called Ehlers-Danlos and it is so important to read the safety section of the manual. I have cervical instability and I can tell the vibration rattles my head if I don’t lock in with strong, bent knees. However, I tolerate it well when used properly and even notice temporary improved blood flow like others have observed.

Happy with this purchase. Easy set-up and easy to use. I bought this waver mini for after workout and for blood circulation. So far so good.

This vibrational plate is impressive. When I use this for only 10 minutes a day, my body feels as though I had a deep tissue massage. It vibrates out any residual tension from the day. I can feel my circulation becoming more alive. It feels sturdy and is perfect for home use. I will say that when turning it on or changing settings, the beep is pretty loud, which makes me not want to use it when other members of the house are sleeping. When I am not using it, I can store it under my bed. It is a little heavy to lift. This vibrational plate is a great addition to daily routines if you have any soreness or tension in your body.

This LifePro waver vibration plate is just what i needed. It came promptly and is easy to set up . Good instructions on how to use it! I have been using it twice a day and it has helped me improve the circulation in my legs . I highly recommend this product !

Amazing. Super easy to use and very comfortable. The remote control button is a little loud but the plate itself is not that loud. Heavy duty

So far it’s great! I just got it yesterday and it was quiet when it was on although after using it today, there is a little clicking. My husband is gonna investigate to see what that is before I reach out to the company. There are a variety of settings to make the shaking more intense and I love the compact size for our apartment home. I got it to help keep my vein health and to keep my lymphatic system moving. I’m also hoping it will help with sleep — I will come back and update shortly. Overall it was easy to register the warranty and I look forward to coming back with more positive news to add to this review.

This works fantastic! You feel it like crazy after 8-10 minute interval, great addition to morning routines. Keep it tucked under shelf in bathroom and when getting ready use it as I do, you really do feel it and it feels great afterwards like a pleasant little wake up call to your muscles. You can adjust your stance to target specific areas and anywhere you have excess subcutaneous fatty areas (for me my love handles and inner thighs) it almost feels like how you feel after coming inside from being out in the cold. Very temporality you feel right warm, itchy and red - almost like a thermogenic effect but your muscles feel awake and you can really tell it stimulates blood and lymphatic flow. Im very happy with this!

I actually think this vibration plate is absolutely fab. When I first received it in March, I used it consistently for about two weeks—I was probably a bit obsessed with it! The best way I can describe it is like a deep, internal massage. It genuinely felt as though it was “oiling” all my joints from the inside out. At the beginning, I did experience a bit of motion sickness and some discomfort in my stomach area. After those first couple of weeks, I’ll be honest—I just couldn’t be bothered using it for a while, which is silly really, because there’s nothing difficult or off-putting about it. Fast forward to recently: I had a couple of days of quite severe back pain, the kind that feels like something could go out of place at any moment. As soon as I felt it coming on, I knew instinctively the vibration plate would help. I’ve used it the past few days, and the difference has been incredible. My muscles, joints, ligaments—even my feet—feel worked and released. If you’re into reflexology, it’s amazing, as it feels like it stimulates your whole body through your feet. The back pain has completely eased, especially that “about to click out” feeling. It also seems to help rebalance the body—like if one side is tighter than the other, it gently evens things out. I haven’t been doing anything else apart from a bit of walking, so I can genuinely say this has made the difference. I did wonder at first if it might just be a short-term novelty, but I can now see it’s something I’ll keep coming back to—especially for ongoing issues like back pain, muscle tightness, chronic fatigue, and general imbalance. I may not use it consistently (that’s more about me than the product!), but even as an occasional tool, it’s fantastic. I’ve bought so many things over the years—massagers, chakra tools, magnetic therapies—you name it. But this is, without a doubt, the best thing I’ve ever invested in. Tonight I was even dancing on it, and everything just felt smooth and flowing. I would 100% recommend it.

This is a 110v machine and even has the wrong plug, two flat and one round pin. Totally unsuitable for the UAE (220v) electric supply and the motor can be damaged very easily. They should not allow the markting of this in the UAE. Returned the very next day. Disappointed.
